Job summary

Kalon Financial Ltd. is seeking motivated individuals to train as Protection Advisers. This is a self-employed, commission-only role with full training and ongoing support. No previous experience or qualifications are required, and you’ll learn to build a client base while working remotely.

You’ll develop protection knowledge, generate leads, and progressively grow into mortgages and wealth opportunities within financial services.

Qualifications

• No prior financial services experience or qualifications required.
• Motivation, drive and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn protection products, how they work and client needs.
• Generate leads and create opportunities for clients.
• Build and develop your own client base with ongoing coaching and support.
• Move into broader financial services areas like Mortgages and Wealth as you gain experience.

We'll teach you how to become an adviser - and how to build your business

You won't simply be trained on the products and then left to figure out where your clients will come from.

You'll receive training and ongoing support covering:

• Protection products and how they work
• How to generate leads and create your own opportunities
• How to find and approach potential clients
• How to have confident, effective client conversations
• Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate protection
• How to build and develop your own client base
• Ongoing coaching, training and support

You'll work remotely, giving you the flexibility and autonomy that comes with being self-employed, while still having the support and infrastructure of an established business behind you.
