As a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Harborne, you will receive:

• £25,000 basic salary

Your journey as a Sales Adviser will start with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
• Daily learning led by industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester, depending on location
• Second week at the L&D Centre within the first 5-6 weeks of employment

How you will make an impact as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Harborne:

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
• Managing valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways within the branch
• Proactively communicating valuation opportunities via ROSIE software with high outbound call volumes
• Fulfilling call-out campaigns for properties for sale and maintaining ROSIE standards
• Preparing updates for the Morning Meeting on the valuation pipeline
• Leading as the Canvassing Champion with structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
• Engaging in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and business development
• Managing portal opportunities on Rightmove and On The Market daily
• Responding to intranet leads promptly
• Using ROSIE to communicate with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers and close valuation opportunities
• Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
• Participating in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution, while building your personal brand
• Handling inbound calls to fulfill applicant registration and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
• Seeking Google review opportunities from satisfied customers to enhance brand and personal reputation
