As a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Bedford, you will receive:

  • Complete on target earnings of £37,000 per year
  • Access to company-wide incentive programmes
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Sales Adviser will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay during training at our Colchester centre, depending on travel distance
  • An additional week of training within your first five to six weeks

How you will make an impact as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Bedford:

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Managing valuation activities within the branch using the Spicerhaart Ways
  • Proactively communicating valuation opportunities via ROSIE software, maintaining high outbound call volumes
  • Fulfilling call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Preparing updates for the Morning Meeting on valuation pipeline
  • Leading as the Canvassing Champion with structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
  • Using ROSIE to manage market leads effectively, ensuring no lead is lost
  • Engaging in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and business development
  • Managing portal opportunities through Rightmove and On The Market
  • Responding to intranet leads daily
  • Communicating frequently with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers via ROSIE to close valuation opportunities
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, calls, and leaflet distribution. Building your personal brand through social media and video
  • Handling inbound calls to fulfill applicant registration and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seeking 5-star Google reviews from engaged customers to build brand and personal reputation
