The position offers an initial salary of £27,844 OTE per year with uncapped commission, full-time hours, and comprehensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, including paid hotel
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections.
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals.
- Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repairs.
- Deposit returns.
- Resolving rental arrears.
- Processing eviction requests.
- Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Managing complaints.
- Completing check-in and check-out procedures with full inventories.
