Job description

Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling career in property management? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Trainee Property Manager — no prior experience required! This role offers extensive training and opportunities for long-term growth in the real estate industry.

As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Sutton, you will receive:

  1. £29,000 OTE per year
  2. Uncapped commission
  3. Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
  4. Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

Training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  1. Purpose-built training location
  2. Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
  3. Hands-on learning led by industry experts
  4. Fully-paid hotel stay during training
  5. Meals provided during your stay

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints and check-in/out procedures, including inventories

Requirements:

Full UK Manual Driving Licence is mandatory.
