Our industry-leading estate agency client has a brand-new, exciting opportunity for a Trainee Property Manager to join their busy office in Gloucester. These opportunities are rare!

Full training will be provided, and once you get your foot in the door, there are excellent progression opportunities within the department. The client also offers funding and support for external training towards industry-specific qualifications.

The only requirements from our client are relevant, strong customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties
• Managing and reporting maintenance issues, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
• Communicating with clients and tenants
• Coordinating with contractors
• Booking and conducting property visits
• Carrying out check-out visits at tenancy end
• Preparing comprehensive check-out reports for tenant deposit returns
