What You Will Receive as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

• £25,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
• Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm, four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your Role and Impact:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
• Generate leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your development with mentorship support
