This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in housing, asset management and property investment while gaining practical experience across planned maintenance and improvement programmes.

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Surveyors and Project Managers, developing your technical and professional skills through hands‑on experience and a dedicated learning and development package. Your work will help ensure our homes remain safe, well maintained, and fit for the future.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the delivery of planned maintenance and investment projects, helping ensure work progresses safely and to agreed standards.

  • Contributing ideas, learning from experience and taking an active role in your professional development.
What we’re looking for
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in surveying, asset management and property investment within social housing.
