The Experis Academy offers an exciting opportunity for delivery-oriented individuals to be trained and up-skilled as Project Planners for an international aerospace, defence, and security company. Join our growing Academy division to receive training and development while representing Experis on a leading engineering account. Our programmes aim to develop talent pools to become permanent members of our industry-leading clients.

We seek ambitious candidates with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. If you're interested in re-skilling or developing skills in project planning, this role offers a challenging yet rewarding experience that requires excellent customer-facing and team-working skills.

You will support Project Planning activities within a delivery environment and collaborate with like-minded individuals to solve complex problems in the nuclear and infrastructure sectors.

As part of the programme, you will receive tools, experience, and training in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M). Training includes project management, planning, controls, Primavera, Excel, and soft skills such as negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, centered around scenario-based workshops.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining project structures
  • Developing and maintaining the project integrated schedule
  • Ensuring alignment between scheduling and financial/material demand tools
  • Providing regular status updates and schedule analysis
  • Creating resource and cost-loaded schedules for financial and project status reporting
