Study time is approximately 20 hours with a 1-hour multiple choice exam. The course is online and includes exam simulators and revision tools. You will have access to a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to the exam. This qualification will set you on a route to becoming a Chartered Project Professional with additional study and experience.

2. Step 2 - PRINCE2 Foundation

   PRINCE2 is a widely recognised methodology for project management and is considered essential for anyone working in project management. It is a process-driven, often referred to as a waterfall methodology. Study time is approximately 15-20 hours with a 1-hour multiple choice exam. The course is online and includes exam simulators, revision tools and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to the exam.

3. Step 3 - Project Management Simulation
