This qualification is a stepping stone towards becoming a Chartered Project Professional.
2. PRINCE2 Foundation
   PRINCE2 is a globally recognized methodology used by project managers worldwide. It is process-driven, often called a waterfall methodology. Study time is approximately 15-20 hours, with a 1-hour multiple-choice exam. The course is online, with exam simulators and revision tools, including a 1-hour online revision workshop.
3. Project Management Simulation
   Participate in an online simulated project that mirrors real-world scenarios. Upon completion, your work will be graded, and you will receive a certificate of completion.
4. Recruitment Support
