Stage 1: Learn HTML and CSS (up to 12 weeks)

The first step is completing a selection of professional and industry-recognised courses. We have carefully selected these courses to give you the most out of both your learning and employment journey.

• HTML Essentials (up to 6 weeks)
• CSS Essentials (up to 6 weeks)

Training is delivered through multimedia-rich video tutorials, presentations, and quizzes via an online portal enabling you to study from anywhere. You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor for 1-2-1 or group sessions to provide additional training and support.

Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you to the next stage.

Stage 2: Additional Online Training (up to 12 weeks)

The second step includes more advanced courses to prepare you for entry-level programming roles and give you a competitive edge.

• Learn the Command Line (1.5 weeks)
• Learn Git & GitHub (1.5 weeks)
• Learn JavaScript (1.5 weeks)
• Learn Python 3 (1.5 weeks)

JavaScript is fundamental for web development, and Python is versatile and widely used across industries, broadening your opportunities.

Step 3: Building a Portfolio Website Project (1 week)

Your tutor will guide you in building your personal portfolio to showcase your skills, which is essential for your programming career.
