FT Recruitment Group has partnered with a well-known, technical energy business that is seeking to hire a Product Support Engineer. This role is primarily focused on the hardware/product aspect of IT, rather than software or application development.

Key duties include:

1. Preparing equipment and software for rental or sale
2. Conducting product testing
3. Providing customer support and training
4. Assisting in developing and maintaining manuals and user guides
5. Using third-party software systems to track Goods-In and Goods-Out
6. Supporting mobilisations and vessel visits

This position is suitable for a graduate or college leaver with a background in computing or engineering-related subjects. Basic experience with hardware and networking, especially in a commuting context, would be advantageous but is not essential at this stage.
