Job Opportunity: Trainee Product Developer

Great opportunity for a Food Graduate looking to develop a career in NPD.

Join a friendly and supportive team in a trainee Product Developer role, involved in creating innovative products for premium retail customers.

This hands-on and varied role allows you to learn the entire product development process from concept to launch. You will help develop products that meet customer briefs, participate in product presentations, and be involved in product benchmarking and tasting panels, identifying key food trends to support the NPD strategy.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate recipe management systems, customer documentation, and product files, as well as managing NPD projects to meet timelines.

This role is based in central London, with some international travel and typically involves working from home on Fridays.

Ideal candidates are recent Food graduates with a passion for quality food, some experience in an NPD environment, and possess strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.

The position is permanent and full-time, with a clear training and development plan. Applicants must have the right to work permanently in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
