Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Tewkesbury is seeking a Trainee Process Operative to join our diaries production team. You will work full time on a 37.5-hour week, with a shift rota and multiple start times from 05:00, and you will earn a competitive rate that rises with training.

Experience in food production is helpful, but proactive candidates with precision and strong communication will be considered. You will study Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 HACCP as part of hands-on training.

What We're Looking For Experience in food production is ideal, but proactive candidates with precision and accuracy in fast-paced environments will be considered.

Ability to work methodically and pay attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing demands.

The ability to study and pass a minimum of Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 HACCP; training and understand a hands-on technical role.

Demonstrate effective communication including dealing directly with other departments, management and co-workers in a positive manner; maintaining high levels of commitment and motivation.

Pro-active with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
