Job summary

Galtec Limited in Gloucester is seeking a Trainee Plant Coordinator to join the busy Plant Department and assist with day-to-day plant operations. The role is ideal for someone calm under pressure, well-organised and eager to learn, with no prior experience required.

You will support the Head of Plant, record damages, raise orders, log plant and hire equipment, and monitor telematics. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is expected, as is reliable, flexible teamwork.

The Role

We are looking to recruit a confident, well-organised and friendly Trainee Plant Coordinator to join the fast-paced Plant Department and support the day-to-day running of plant operations. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their skillset and industry knowledge by joining a very established and experienced team. We are looking for someone reliable, calm under pressure, able to keep pace in a busy environment and still maintain standards at all times. Previous experience isn't necessary, we are looking for the right candidate who is willing to learn and to progress within the company.
