Who we're looking for

  • RTW in the UK (Essential, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role)
  • HNC or equivalent in Building Services (Grade Level 4) desirable

Your Training Plan

  • 3 years of part-time study + 6 months for EPA
  • Block release learning at Sheffield Hallam University (4 x 1-week blocks in Feb, May, Sept & Nov)
  • Regular progress reviews to discuss progress, interventions, and additional support

What you'll be doing

  • Create, maintain, and communicate robust project plans, managing timescales and resources. Report on progress, productivity, causes, effects, and advise project teams of risks.
  • Engage with project teams to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions aligned with contractual operations and business objectives.
  • Provide accurate forecasts against contractual milestones and key dates.
  • Monitor project progress and productivity, produce and distribute reports, and ensure project variations are communicated and integrated.
  • Attend project sites to monitor progress, support resource management, and ensure targets are met.
  • Develop resource programmes from tender to project completion.
  • Support compliance with planning-related activities, contractual obligations, internal processes, and legislation.
