Who we’re looking for

  • Right to Work in the UK (Essential, as we cannot provide sponsorship)
  • HNC or equivalent in Building Services (Grade Level 4) desirable

Your Training Plan

  • 3 years of part-time study + 6 months for EPA
  • Block release learning at Sheffield Hallam University (4 x 1-week blocks in Feb, May, Sept & Nov)
  • Regular progress reviews and support

What you’ll be doing

  • Create, maintain, and communicate project plans, managing timescales and resources. Report on progress and advise on risks.
  • Engage with project teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide forecasts against contractual milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, produce reports, and ensure variations are communicated and integrated.
  • Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure resource availability.
  • Develop resource programmes from tender to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with planning activities, contractual obligations, and legislation.
