Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Mintlaw is seeking a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) to join a welcoming, growth‑minded team. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, with a rate of £12.82 per hour.

You will gain Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2) and Medicine Counter Assistant qualifications, participate in all branch processes, assist in delivering pharmacy services, and represent the branch in the community.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop pharmacy skills.
• Ability to interact with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Understanding of confidentiality and safe handling of medicines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community day-to-day.
