Phoenix Group's Rowlands Pharmacy in Poole is seeking a motivated Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) to join a friendly team. You will support branch operations, learn pharmacy processes, and help deliver patient-centred services.

You will complete Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2) and Medicine Counter Assistant training, with ongoing development and opportunities within the network. The role is part-time with specific shifts, and you will be an ambassador for the community.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2) completed.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) training.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch processes and build relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in delivering pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy in the community.
• Support daily operations and maintain confidentiality and accuracy in medicines handling.

Working Pattern: Thursday 14:00-18:00, Friday 14:00‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑12:00
