Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, is looking for a motivated individual to join as a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser). You will learn on the job, assist in delivering pharmacy services, and build relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.

The role involves 34.5 total hours per week with a pattern including weekdays and alternating Saturdays, at £12.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• Healthcare Assistants Course (Level 2) or equivalent is required.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support branch processes and build relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in delivering pharmacy services under supervision.
• Represent Rowlands Pharmacy and engage with the community daily.
• Take on responsibilities of a pharmacy dispenser under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, serving the community and interacting with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Assume responsibilities of a pharmacy dispenser under supervision.
