Description

As a Trainee People Team Administrator, you will work closely with and support our global teams in APAC, the US, and UK by providing full-cycle support for a team of 210 people. Your role will give you comprehensive insight and training in supporting a global team, focusing on administration, payroll, learning & development, and talent acquisition. This role is integral to supporting recruiting functions and contributes to the team's success by ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, providing administrative support, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with managing the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, advertising roles, screening applications, and liaising with candidates.
  2. Coordinate data for special projects such as salary & benefits benchmarking and streamlining job descriptions.
  3. Assist with UK payroll processing.
  4. Coordinate global learning & development programmes.
  5. Assist with day-to-day People Team administration.
  6. Coordinate recruitment referencing.
  7. Prepare weekly People Team reports.
  8. Coordinate global organisation charts.
  9. Assist in managing the company career page and LinkedIn Recruiter account.
  10. Support the Intern Programme in the US and UK.
  11. Oversee the ATS system to ensure content and data are up-to-date.
  12. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
  13. Screen applications and select qualified candidates for entry-level roles and internships.
  14. Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
  15. Address day-to-day HR queries.
  16. Maintain employee information with 100% accuracy for payroll processing.
  17. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
