Job description

My client is a Main dealership who are looking to recruit a Junior Parts Advisor.

Working within a busy department, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure Technicians remain productive, and to attend to Retail counter customers.

Junior Parts Advisor Role:

• You will be working with a close who are thoroughly committed to deliver an excellent Parts service.
• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters
• You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet Trade customer’s expectations
• You have a good technical / mechanical understanding to aide your parts identification / up-sell technique

As a Junior Parts Advisor You:

• You will ideally have some form Parts Advisor experience
• This is a hands-on role, you will be liaising with all departments
• Preferably, but not essential, you will have experience with Kerridge / ADP/ CDG
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and working as part of a team

Package:
