The Opportunity

This role is all about people. You ll be the face of our Trade Partner Engagement Program growing our partner network, launching referral incentives, and creating gamification-driven engagement strategies that keep partners coming back for more.

You ll be designing creative ways to reward performance, developing loyalty programs, and building a strong community that sees us as their go-to partner.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Grow our partner network by connecting with trade professionals (plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, etc.).

  • Launch and manage referral incentive programs encouraging partners to bring other quality trades into our community.

  • Create gamification and rewards schemes that drive engagement and performance.

  • Act as the go-to person for partner relationships keeping the community informed, motivated, and supported.

  • Plan campaigns and partner events designed to increase participation and loyalty.

  • Monitor and report on partner engagement, providing insight to continually improve programs.

What We re Looking For

  • Experience building or engaging communities/networks (trade, sales channels, membership, or partner programs).

  • Strong people skills you re a natural relationship builder who can create trust and energy.

  • Experience working with incentive schemes or loyalty programs is a big plus.

  • Organised, creative, and comfortable working at pace in a startup-style environment.

  • Comfortable dealing with confidential initiatives and emerging products.
