Jago Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a well respected law firm for an entry level Trainee Paralegal role in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will assist with preparing correspondence, ordering online searches, form submissions, and maintaining matter files.

Full training will be provided and prior legal experience is not required. Desirable candidates will have Office experience, strong customer service skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under pressure.
• Good initiative and ability to manage own workload.

Responsabilités

• Prepare correspondence and documents for matters.
• Order online searches and submit forms.
• Administer matter files: open, close and maintain records.
• Update the database and support solicitors.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
