Our client is a well-respected legal firm looking to recruit a Trainee Paralegal to join their busy team.

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for the preparation of correspondence and documents, online search ordering, and form submission. You will also handle the administration of matter files, including opening, closing, and maintaining complete records. Additionally, you will update the database, support Solicitors, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

For this Trainee Paralegal role:

  • No previous legal experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Previous experience working within an office environment is desirable.
  • You should have excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in your work are essential.
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and multitask is important.
  • You should be able to use your own initiative and manage your workload well under pressure.
  • Educated to A-level standard (desirable).
  • A desire to learn and a passion to make the most of your training.
