Job Description:

Overview of the role: We are growing our team, investing in a state of the art bespoke facility and looking for Trainee and Qualified Dispensary Assistants to join our team at our Assembly site in Durham. Working either full time or part time hours, our roles will work shift patterns between 6am till 10pm.

Main Responsibility: Your main responsibilities will be to complete dispensing duties and coordinate dispensing medication effectively and safely, managing stock levels and adapting orders appropriately. You’ll inspect reports, liaise closely with relevant departments to ensure stock is ordered on time, oversee storage criteria of drugs, and keep inventory records. You’ll also maintain and suggest orders to replenish stock used in our inventory management system.

The Ideal Candidate: Preferably NVQ2 or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services – however, full training is available. Organised with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
