Job summary

Specsavers Victoria is seeking a Trainee Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and support the optical team in a busy store. No prior experience is required, only enthusiasm and a readiness to learn within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You will receive comprehensive training and join a friendly team, developing in-store skills while benefiting from Specsavers’ extensive development opportunities and customer-focused culture.
