Job summary

Specsavers Cockermouth is opening a brand-new store in January 2027 and seeks a motivated Trainee Optical Assistant. You will welcome customers, provide friendly service, and learn on the job with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians.

Full-time hours (37.5 per week) include a weekend day, with part-time flexibility for the right candidate. Salary offers up to £12.91 per hour, plus staff perks such as Friends and Family discounts and Specsavers Perks.
