Job summary

Specsavers Sutton Coldfield is looking for a Trainee Optical Assistant to join our friendly call centre and store team. No prior optical experience is required; you will help create an outstanding customer experience and support three local stores.

This part-time weekend role offers flexible hours (Saturday and/or Sunday), a supportive training program, pension enrollment, and a birthday with an extra day off.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop in optics.
• Comfort with using IT systems and accepting feedback.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and handle enquiries for three local Specsavers stores.
• Support store operations and guide customers from booking to aftercare.
