Specsavers in Glasgow Fort is seeking a friendly, proactive Trainee Optical Assistant to help create an outstanding store environment for customers and staff. You’ll support daily service, learn on the job, and contribute to delivering excellent patient care at the busy store.

No prior experience needed—we especially want 1st or 2nd year Optometry or Dispensing Optician students. A Pre Reg opportunity may be available for the right candidate in the future.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• 1st or 2nd year Optometry or Dispensing Optician student in the area.
• Great teamwork and a willingness to learn.
• Good initiative and eagerness to try new things.
• Confidence using IT systems and everyday software.
• Excellent communication and listening skills and openness to feedback.
