Job summary

Specsavers in Falkirk is looking for a Trainee Optical Assistant to join our friendly team. No prior experience is needed as full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you deliver the best customer care in-store.

You'll work 37.5 hours across five days each week, including weekends, with a pension contribution, birthday holiday, sick pay and access to the Perks Plus discount platform. A great entry into optics with clear development opportunities.

• Support store team with daily tasks and be proactive in helping customers.
• Utilise IT systems to assist with transactions and inquiries.
• Be open to development and participate in training and onboarding.
