Job summary

Specsavers Surbiton is hiring a Trainee Optical Assistant to welcome customers and assist with eye tests and frame selections. You’ll work closely with experienced Opticians and receive comprehensive on-the-job training.

This part-time role offers up to 4 days per week including weekends, with generous training opportunities and ongoing development within Specsavers. No prior experience required; a passion for people is essential.

• Strong desire to help customers and learn in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work weekends and varied hours.
