Job summary

Specsavers in Exeter is offering a Trainee Optical Assistant role designed for individuals starting their career in optics. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training with guidance from experienced Opticians and Technicians.

Join a busy store at 248 High Street with strong development opportunities, pension, employee discounts, and WeCare support. Weekend hours are part of the full-time schedule, with excellent customer service at its core.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them choose eyewear and accessories.
• Assist in store duties and provide friendly, professional service.
