Specsavers is hiring a Trainee Optical Assistant for our Belfast Victoria Square store. Join a supportive team, gain extensive on-the-job training, and advance through professional development with experienced Opticians and Technicians guiding your path.

You will start by welcoming customers, booking eye tests, pre-screening patients, and offering style advice, while learning to measure frames and handle calls. No prior experience required, just enthusiasm and teamwork.
