Varied new junior role available to join our client’s Operations division for a driven and talented individual to assist the Operations Manager and provide support and assistance in all day-to-day administrative activities.
In addition to general administration tasks such as data inputting and maintenance, scanning and responding to email/telephone queries, this role will also involve systems, IT, and Operations support. Therefore, applicants must be tech-savvy with confidence to carry out user system setups including onboarding of new users and telephone setup as well as support on a variety of projects.
Previous office/administrative experience is desirable, and candidates must have strong IT, communication, and organisational skills. You will need a good level of accuracy, the ability to work on your own initiative, and a genuine desire to learn.
