A healthcare provider in Sunderland is looking for a Trainee Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents while learning clinical tasks under nurse supervision. Candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be working towards it and possess leadership experience in health and social care. As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC‑One, you will be a role model, leading by example to embody kindness in every aspect of our Memory Care, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Residents are people with their own stories; you will support them with dignity and respect while providing high‑quality care.
You will work full‑time (38.5 hours per week) in a role designed to upskill current Senior Care Assistants. You will learn clinical tasks under the supervision of qualified nurses and transition into a Nursing Assistant.
We provide a comprehensive training programme that brings Senior Care Assistants to the full scope of the Nursing Assistant role. After completion you will receive a formal qualification and an increment in pay.
Full‑time (38.5 hours/week) with a supportive team environment. Locations include Castletown, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, England.
