About The Role
As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you will serve as a role model, demonstrating kindness and compassion in our Memory Care, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role involves ensuring residents' care plans are delivered with respect for their independence and choice. Whether assisting with delegated nursing tasks, reporting incidents, or supporting residents with dementia, resident wellbeing remains your priority.

About You
