What You’ll Do as a Nursery Manager
- Motivate and mentor our dedicated nursery team to deliver outstanding care.
- Elevate our nursery’s standards and practices through effective leadership.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all children receive equal opportunities and care.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and hygiene.

Your Ideal Background
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years in nursery experience, ideally progressing through various roles
- In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment

Salary: Depending on experience Starting salary £28,392.00 based on 42 hours.
