Location: We have fabulous developments across Essex so a driving licence will be essential and this role involves working weekends with two days off in the week.

About The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful Trainee New Home Sales Consultant will have a desire to become an expert at selling customers their dream homes. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.

What you will do
  • Assist senior sales consultants in all aspects of the sales process
  • Learn product knowledge and sales techniques through training and hands-on experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations
  • Contribute to team targets and work towards individual sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients
What you will have

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and self-motivational skills
  • Results and target driven - with a desire to become an expert at selling new homes
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • Excellent rapport-building and negotiating skills
  • Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business
  • Full UK Driving License with access to your own car
  • You must be able to work every weekend with a 2 day break in the week
