Job Title: Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor

Chris Main is an Independent Recruiter specializing in the House Building industry.

Our client, a national developer, has a new homes site in the Lincoln area and is seeking a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor.

Requirements:

• Interest in property
• Some sales experience, such as retail

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside an experienced Sales Advisor to sell new homes
• Progress to handle the entire sales process with support from the Field Sales Manager and regional office

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary up to £24,000
• Realistic OTE of £45,000 to £50,000 upon completing training
• 25 days holiday and life cover

Working Hours:

• 10 am to 5 pm, Thursday to Monday (including weekends)
