Job Description:

AEJ Management is an expanding facilities management service company providing security guards, cleaners, and landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure, and business parks across the UK.

We are hiring for a full-time Trainee Multi-Skilled Operative based at Meole Brace Retail Park in Shrewsbury.

Pay: £12.21/hour, increasing to £13.50 within 9 months

Hours: 25 hours/week initially, increasing to 35 hours/week (Monday to Friday)

The role involves cleaning, landscaping, and general maintenance duties. You will be trained and upskilled in landscaping, earning certifications over 9 months. The position requires a full driving license for driving a company vehicle.

Your duties include:

• Cleaning car parks and communal areas, including bin emptying
• Litter picking and sweeping curb edges
• Basic DIY duties (to be discussed at interview)
• Basic landscaping duties (to be discussed at interview)
