Connells is seeking a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor for the Marshalswick branch. No prior mortgage experience required; strong sales background and customer focus are valued.

You will receive industry-leading training to gain CF1 and CF6 qualifications and build a career in financial services. The role offers a competitive basic salary with a first-year OTE of £35,000, uncapped commission, and ongoing development across a supportive estate agency network.
