Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and career-driven.
• Strong customer service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised and resilient with good IT skills (MS Office, CRM).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
• Progress toward becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
• Build relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
