Job summary

Connells Group in London seeks a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Mann Lewisham branch. This CeMAP-qualified role offers a clear path to develop expertise in mortgage and protection advice.

You will receive industry-leading training, dedicated support, high-quality leads, and uncapped commission with an OTE of £40k, enabling a rewarding career within one of the UK’s leading property services groups.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
• Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
