Job summary

Connells Group in Horsham is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their Connells Horsham branch. This role is ideal for CeMAP-qualified individuals starting or developing a career in mortgage and protection advice, with industry-leading training and high-quality leads.

You will build knowledge and advisory skills through coaching, deliver excellent customer service, and work with Estate Agency colleagues to maximise referrals.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
