Main Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with estate agency teams for training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, achieving professional goals in a results-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the mortgage process, advising on suitable products and services
• Participating in branch meetings to share best practices and build relationships

Skills and Experience:

• CeMap or equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
• Excellent customer care and service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle
