Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their Wallsend team. The role is employed, with a base salary circa £30,000 - £35,000, and can be office based or hybrid.

The mortgage business is an AR of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation, and LSL Property Services plc is the parent group. Self-employed option will be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mortgage & Protection Advisor in a broker/ARB network.
• CAS status or equivalent mortgage & protection broker credentials.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co owns an Independant Agency businesses in Wallsend.
The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The business is a busy and productive as a result of both the EA and FS business being long established meaning a host of both new business opportunities as well as opportunities with existing customers.
Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £30,000 - £35,000.
Self employed will be considered should the right candidate prefer this option.
We are specifically looking for a CAS existing Mortgage and Protection Broker.

The role is either office based or hybrid.
The role cannot be compared to that of corporate linked Financial Services linked to Estate Agency - no micro management here.
