Main responsibilities

• Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, aiming to meet professional goals in a results-driven setting
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including product advice to meet their needs
• Participating in branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships

Skills and experience required

• CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Exceptional customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
