Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Are you a recent graduate with a Mortgage qualification, or have you held it for some time but lacked the opportunity to apply it? Do you seek support, mentoring, and guidance to succeed as a Mortgage Advisor?

Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:

• Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads
• Deliver industry-leading client care and service, helping clients find solutions tailored to their needs to encourage repeat business
• Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy-to-Let mortgages, remortgages, product transfers, and non-regulated insurance products from market-leading insurers
• Provide feedback to the residential team regarding lead progress

Skills and experience required:

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Banking or Financial background preferred but not essential
• Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience working towards targets/objectives
• Positive, resilient attitude
• Driven to reach and exceed goals
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Numerate and detail-oriented
